The NITE® Authorized Dealer Program is designed to meet the growing demand for no-idle solutions. We have created an infrastructure that not only supports our programs and program partners, but also helps take your business to the next level.

Bergstrom relies on its dealer networks to optimize placement of our products all over North America. We understand manufacturing a quality product is not a guarantee for success; key factors include the ability to distribute, market, and price our products effectively and competitively.

You can count on Bergstrom to provide the tools needed for your business to sell our products, get the most out of our business relationship, and achieve higher sales.

 

 


Why Join?
 

 

 

Joining the NITE® Authorized Dealer Program will give you access to our complete line of services all designed to help you market and install our products as an Authorized Dealer. Benefits include:

  • no membership fee to join the program
  • assistance in marketing the NITE® product including having your locations listed on the Bergstrom website for each applicable level (Sales, Service, Installation)
  • provide marketing materials and signage to help promote your business and the NITE® program
  • sales and opportunities/inquiries at Bergstrom will be informed that a NITE® Authorized location is in their area
  • commitment from Bergstrom Regional Sales Manager to conduct joint customer visits to assist with sales opportunities
  • technical phone support
  • training assistance for technicians
  • qualifying for a 1% parts credit on all NITE® systems and NITE® repair parts sold each year if certified in all three of our programs - sales, service, and installation. (Credit will be issued before the end of the first quarter of each year.)
  • qualifying for shop rates for NITE® warranty (must be authorized as a service location.)

 

 


How the Program Works
 

 

 

There are three different programs that encompass becoming a NITE® Authorized Dealer. You can choose to be a part of one program or all three programs. The more programs you join, the more benefits you receive. It is important to maintain your status throughout the year in order to receive all the benefits we have to offer your business.

As a NITE® Authorized Sales Location, program requirements include:

Training

  • Our regional sales managers will provide NITE® product overview and presentations to your sales teams to help understand and sell our NITE® products. 

Product Inventory

  • Each location must maintain a minimum of two NITE® base kits in inventory for each approved location.
  • There must be one NITE® unit displayed in working order and prominently displayed within each location.

Marketing Materials

  • Accessibility to various NITE® sales and marketing materials to help your sales teams promote the products.
     

 

 

InstallationRibbon

 

 

As a NITE® Authorized Installation Location, program requirements include a dealer to be responsible for having a minimum of one technician trained and certified to install NITE systems at each approved location.

Training

  • Our regional sales managers will provide NITE® product overview and presentations to your sales teams to help understand and sell our NITE® products. 
  • Technical support available to assist with any installation questions or concerns.
  • Training assistance provided upon request.

Product Inventory

  • No NITE® inventory is required at installation locations.

Marketing Materials

  • Accessibility to various NITE® installation guides to assist trained technicians.

 

 

ServiceRibbon

 

 

NITE® Authorized Service Locations are responsible to maintain at least one trained technician who is certified to troubleshoot and repair NITE® systems at each approved location.

Training

  • Technical support available to assist with any service questions or concerns.
  • Training assistance provided upon request.

Product Inventory

  • Authorized service locations must maintain inventory on the recommended NITE® Phoenix service parts at each approved location. The Service Parts list is subject to change. (See the Recommended Phoenix Service Parts List below.)
  • As parts on the service lists change or are updated, the authorized dealer agrees to purchase the required stock of the new parts.
  • Bergstrom will accept returns for credit with no restocking fee for any obsoleted service parts list purchased by authorized service locations. All obsoleted parts must be returned within 12 months of being obsoleted for credit. All other terms and conditions of the Bergstrom inventory adjustment program will apply.

Marketing Materials

  • Accessibility to various NITE® service and troubleshooting guides to assist trained technicians.
